Detailed description

The system has been developed for a consecutive sterilizing and disinfectioning work. The installed Far Infra-Red plate heater transmits infra-red rays directly to the products in process. The waste heats generated in the rear part of the heater are jet/sprayed to the products in process through the Air Nozzle, by which thermal efficiency can be maximized.

Conveyor Belt : made of stainless steel for anti- chemistry and anti-corrosion. Temperature and Processing Speed of the Conveyor is designed for flexible control Custom construction is recommendable to meet specific requirements including usage and volume to be processed.
