Detailed description

This system has been designed aiming for high efficiency and easy installation.

There are 'roll' type and 'conveyor' type. Their features are briefed as below:

- It is designed to gear the returning conveyor, by which the In/Out process can be taken place at the same location. Such design contributes in improving efficiency and allows installation in a limited space.
- Far Infra-Red Ceramic Heater is installed
- Sensor installed in eash zone for flexible setting of the temperature
- Temperature Control: PID Control System equipped with SCR unit enables to maintain correct temperature and stabilized/efficient operation of the work
- Conveyor Speed : The installed Inverter enables the Conveyor speed controlled with flexibility
- Belt material is open for selection to meet various purposes
