Detailed description

This machine is equipped with Near Infra-red halogen lamp, which enables fast thermal conduction.

As the lamps are located at both the upper and lower part of the conveyor, one time input of the products enables the workers to complete the whole process of drying/curing operation.

Conveyor belt is chain bar type and the bar is formed in 'V' shape. Such design enables the products processed without any damages in coated/printed sides because they can be hung by both sides of the products.

It is designed so that the thermal control and conveyor speed can be adjusted freely.
