Detailed description

This system is for curing U-V coatings after painting the products. The system is excellent in handling the products of which shape is complicated with three-dimensional structure. Used for wooden instruments or various products in manifold shapes.

Inside of the equipment is designed so that the U-V lamp can irradiate the whole surface evenly. When products are put in, the motor at the upper part rotates the products so that the irregularily crooked areas can be irradiated evenly. Such operation will enable the manufacturers to produce quality products.

In/Out process: hang the products on the hanger manually, then automatically processed until they are completly drawn out. . Door is designed in duplicated structure to shut U-V rays from exposure and protect workers as a part of safety measues.
