Detailed description

Input colored iron sheet will be pre-heated by the quartz-tube I-R Heater. After the prompt pre-heating process, urethane will be put in.

When urethane is input, the product will be transferred to the Double Belt Conveyor. Hot blow heated in the Main Heating Box is designed to heat the double belts of the conveyor to maintain pro grammed temperature. It is to burst urethane and for curing them.
