Detailed description

This Dryer allows for the varied products to be input and transferred to the temperature-differentiated multi- zones for the designated period of time.

It is designed for the products which should avoid sudden heating, or for the products which need heating treatment for a long or designated period of time.

The Dryer has several temperature-differentiated zones. The Passing Time is controlled by the timer and the Temperatures of each zone can be pro grammed according to the characteristics of each product.

The adopted consecutive & time-differentiated method enables that the Air Cylinder opens and shuts the door according to the programmed period of time.

At the designated time, the door opens, and the conveyor moves the products to the next aimed zone. Movement to the other zones are made consecutively as programmed.
