Detailed description

This Ultra Violet Dryer has been designed for exclusive use for Card Printing and designed based on the most advanced technology aiming at high efficiency with following functions:
1) The printed PVC Sheets (card) are transferred
to the adhesive conveyor, and
2) Transferred to the Ultra Violet Zone for drying,
and
3) Transferred to the film arraying system for
automatic lining up

Heat Ray Cut Filter: It will be installed in the U.V. Zone for the consistent high quality production by minimizing the sheet shrinking phenominon in the drying process.
